Payment Policy

To keep the platform fair and consistent for every advertiser, payments must be made in full before any advertisement goes live.

You understand and agree that:

• Your advertisement will not be activated until payment has been successfully processed.
• Payment confirms your purchase of advertising space for the selected duration.
• If payment fails or is reversed, your advertisement may be paused or removed until payment is completed.

Processing of payments occurs through approved third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process your financial information directly.

Once payment is received, your advertising service begins. Activation is treated as the digital equivalent of dispatch. This process may include:

• reviewing your content for compliance,
• preparing your listing,
• uploading your images and text,
• placing your advertisement in the correct category,
• activating any paid promotional features.

We aim to activate listings as promptly as possible, but the exact timing may vary based on:

• the accuracy of the information provided,
• content compliance checks,
• technical factors, or
• volume of submissions.

You will be notified once your listing is live.

Delivery occurs when your advertisement is published on the Site and visible to the public and it includes:

• your listing appearing under the selected location and category,
• any promotional features becoming active (e.g., priority placement, highlights),
• your profile being available for visitors to view.

Once your advertisement is published, the service is considered delivered in full, and our Refund Policy applies.

Velvet Klub before your advertising period will reasonably try to get in touch with you and inform you of the upcoming end of your listing so that you can renew it or not.

Here’s how you will get notified:

• You will receive a reminder notification before expiry.
• If you wish to continue, you are obliged to take out a new advertising period.
• In case you decide not to renew your contract, your advertisement is likely to be discontinued at the end of the current period.

You can always renew your existing advertising package or just purchase a new one at any time by simply logging into your account.

But we are not responsible for missed renewal notices caused by:

• wrong contact details
• Misplacing of e-mail sending/spam folders,
• user mistakes.

Velvet Klub may, at its discretion, offer free advertising periods to facilitate promotions or advertising campaigns. If you are granted a free advertising period:

• We will notify you of the start and end dates.
• The complimentary period may be subject to additional terms.
• Free advertising is not transferable or refundable.

Continuation beyond the promotional period will require payment for a new listing.

Any payment you make on the Velvet Klub platform will be handled by third-party payment gateways who are trustworthy. So, understand that:

• The payment gateways are not under the control of Velvet Klub.
• Velvet Klub will not be held accountable for technical problems, time delays, failed transactions, or aspects relating to the security of the payment gateway.

And, please review the terms and conditions of the payment provider before making a payment. If a payment error occurs due to the gateway, we will provide assistance where possible. However, responsibility lies with the gateway provider.

Velvet Klub is committed to providing a seamless and timely service to its clients. But, sometimes delays may arise due to:

• technical maintenance,
• large number of submissions,
• compliance audits,
• temporary system failures or poor internet connection.

In case delays arise, then:

• We will inform you as soon as possible.
• We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as feasible.
• We may change your advertising time if it is reasonable.

But please note, this does not guarantee that money will be given back unless the situation meets the conditions of our Refund Policy.

Your advertisement can only be dispatched and delivered if you provide accurate and complete content. You are responsible for ensuring:

• that all text, images, and details are accurate,
• you have the authority to use the content you provide,
• the content is in line with our Advertiser Terms and local regulations.

Delays caused by missing or incorrect content are not considered delivery failures.
