Refund Policy

Velvet Klub is an online advertising platform. We provide digital services such as profile listings, promotional placements, and advertising visibility for independent escorts service providers and agencies.

We do not offer personal, escort, companionship, or introduction services of any kind.

We do not manage bookings, handle payments between users, or take part in any arrangements made privately between advertisers and visitors.

Because our services are digital and often activated immediately, once your advertisement is live or your promotional service has commenced, refunds generally do not apply.

This policy only exists to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency for all advertisers using our platform.

Velvet Klub understands that real mistakes and technical problems may happen from time to time. If you find yourself in any of the following situations, you might be entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit:

• Technical Error: If your payment was processed but your advertisement did not go live due to a verified system or technical issue.
• Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same listing or service in error.
• Service Failure: If a paid promotional feature or advertisement fails to appear or function as described on our platform due to an error on our part.
• Pre-Publication Cancellation: If you cancel your advertisement before it has gone live and before any services have commenced.

Should any of these mistakes take place you must immediately notify us or send an email at support@velvetklub.com and provide sufficient information so that we can assess your claim. Velvet Klub definitely assure you that your problem will be taken care of in a timely manner and with the right approach.

There will be no refunds, replacements, or credits given to you if:

• Your advertisement has been published on the Site.
• You just changed your mind or decided that you do not need the advertising service anymore.
• You have located advertising alternatives elsewhere or have changed your marketing strategy.
• If you requested that the advertising be done in a certain way against our advice, or you gave unclear instructions that caused the delays or errors, then that is on you.
• Your advertisement was removed for violating our Advertiser Terms, User Conduct Policy, or any other Australian law or regulation.
• The services you bought were not available temporarily, but you still decided to go ahead.
• After the purchase, you did not provide the necessary materials (photos, text, verification documents).
• You expected a certain performance result (views, bookings, or enquiries) that we do not promise.

Refunds are not available for poor response rates or the perceived effectiveness of advertising.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, then immediately get in touch with our support department. Communication in time is very important because requests for refunds or credits that are made after a listing has gone live are very unlikely to be granted.

To make a request:

• Email us at support@velvetklub.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
• Write also your full name, the email address under which you are registered, the invoice number, and the reason for your request.
• Present any support you have to the claim, for example, the payment receipts or the screenshots of the errors.

We will get back to you with our decision regarding your request within 30 working days. Where applicable, Velvet Klub may, at our own discretion, offer you the refund, replacement, or service credit.

Every refund or replacement request will be reviewed individually. During assessment, we may:

• Verify your payment details
• Check internal system logs
• Review advertisement history
• Contact you for additional clarification

Once the refund is granted, the amounts will be returned to the payment method used unless Velvet Klub agrees to something different. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the money to be visible.

If a replacement or update gets the green light, your ad might be temporarily suspended allowing you to modify and resubmit your content within seven (7) business days.

You agree that you remain responsible for any services rendered before we receive or process your refund request.

If your advertisement has been active for any period before your request was submitted, Velvet Klub reserves the right to apply a proportional deduction to cover services already provided.

Also, we may deduct reasonable administrative or transaction costs that are incurred during the refund process.

Velvet Klub takes fraud seriously. If we believe a refund claim is false, misleading, or made in bad faith, we may:

• Reject the request
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities (if required)

Honesty and transparency ensure fairness for all advertisers using our platform.

Velvet Klub reserves the right to approve refunds, replacements, or service credits at our discretion, even if the request does not entirely meet the criteria mentioned above.

This policy does not limit the rights that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may receive certain benefits if a major failure in the provision of services occurs.
